To help ensure your trust in us and comfort, you may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by www.davidruttenberg.com within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. In the event we goofed and shipped you the wrong product, we'll even pay the return shipping costs.
Please note that refunds apply ONLY to products ordered and shipped from this website only. Digitally downloaded files (such as mp3s), T-shirts, or any other products obtained from other 3rd parties or website (such as Amazon.com, Apple iTunese, SnoCap, Speedshirt, etc.) are not refundable under any circumstances.
However, if you purchase products directly from www.davidruttenberg.com or my record label Polar Boehme Music, Inc., you may absolutely participate in the TRY BEFORE YOU BUY or If you've purchased items under our "Try Before You Buy" or my "Music QAuality Guarantee" program.
It's as easy as 1-2-3...and here's how you do it:
- Simply notify me within 30 days of the order date - via email - that you plan on making a return and the reason for your return.
- For all other returns, simply notify us via email that you'll be returning items to us.
- We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to complete your return.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns or provide any refunds or credits without an RMA number issued by us to you following an email request.
Open and Defective Items:
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after the order date may receive a partial refund. Please contact us via email for more information. Note, again, that we can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by www.davidruttenberg.com.
How and When Refunds Are Processed:
We'll be happy to notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return items. Due to bank processing times, and if you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund then if you paid via credit card.
