Every so often, I meet someone whose story and mission stop me in my tracks.

That happened when I met Kirby Rabalais.

Kirby is a husband, father, and corporate leader who—like so many dads—never expected the words that would change his life: “Your child has…”.

When his son Harley was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition, Kirby’s world shifted instantly. His priorities, his focus, and his identity as a father were all tested in ways most people will never understand.

Fathers need fathers. There’s something powerful about speaking to someone who knows the road you’re walking without you having to explain it.

The biggest challenge wasn’t just the care schedule, the medical system, or the uncertainty about the future—it was the isolation.

While there are countless resources and communities for parents of children with disabilities, very few speak directly to fathers. Most dads find themselves quietly carrying the same emotional and practical burdens—but without the same level of connection or support.

Kirby saw the gap. And he decided to close it.

That’s why he launched Got4titude—a safe, intentional space designed exclusively for fathers raising children with disabilities or complex medical needs.

Here’s why it matters:

  1. Fathers need fathers. There’s something powerful about speaking to someone who knows the road you’re walking without you having to explain it.

  2. Practical support is critical. Got4titude offers tools and resources to help dads navigate everything from school systems to daily care challenges.

  3. Brotherhood builds resilience. When dads connect, share, and hold each other accountable, they show up stronger—for themselves and their families.

  4. Mindset shifts change everything. Kirby knows firsthand that this journey can either deplete you or develop you. Got4titude helps fathers grow through it.

Got4titude isn’t just for fathers—it’s for the families and children who thrive when their dads are supported, grounded, and connected.

If you’re a father walking this path—or you know one—introduce them to Got4titude. It could be the lifeline they didn’t know they needed.
